A man and a woman are due to appear in a County Londonderry court later charged with murdering two people 18 years ago.
Trevor Buchanan and Lesley Howell were found dead in Castlerock in 1991. At the time, an inquest recorded a finding of suicide.
Last week, police re-opened their investigation.
A 50-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman are expected to appear in Coleraine Magistrates Court later.
