Default ECW Gets Put To The Test, RAW/SD! Supershow News

This weekend starts up a busy schedule for World Wrestling Entertainment. The SmackDown brand makes its way to the Dominican Republic and Panama, RAW will begin its “DX Reunion Tour”, and ECW will have two house shows to lead them up to their first solo televised event.

ECW will begin on Saturday in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania at the Ice Garden. Scheduled to appear is Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Tommy Deamer, Sandman, and Paul Heyman. ECW will then invade Huntington, West Virginia at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena. The following card has been announced:

    - ECW Champion Rob Van Dam vs. Big Show.
    - Test vs. Tommy Dreamer in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
    - Sabu vs. C.W. Anderson.
    - The Sandman vs. Justin Credible in a Dueling Canes match.
    - Balls Mahoney vs. Mike Knoxx.
    - Nunzio vs. Danny Doring.

ECW’s first solo television event will be from the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 4th. Confirmed to headline the event is Rob Van Dam vs. Edge in an “Extreme Rules” match for the WWE & ECW championships. SmackDown will be taped after RAW on Monday, due to the holiday. It will be interesting how many people will show up to see just ECW.

About time ECW went infront of it's REAL fans instead of the shitty Smackdown audience, where it's hard to get over because they're so dumb.

Raw #1, ECW #2, Smackdown #3 in ratings wise cause Raw has continued the media of like 4.2 million per episode which is very good for USA, Smackdown averages a sad amount of 2.2 Million so you would think that even with just 1 hour of Television that ECW infront of Philly, on the 4th of July I see them ranging anywhere from 3.0 - 3.7 Million which is a pretty good # but they definitley need to put on more matches like the Sabu vs. Roadkill match if they wana survive throughout the summer and fall to get people more interested cause the Kelly shit and Sandman ass kickings wont last long becuse there getting to be reptiive and freshen it up a bit by giving Sandman some decent compeition, have the Dreaver vs. Big Show feud mean something and get Kellie off the air because ECW has to and I mean has to stick to it's forte in Wrestling and Vince sadly has to realize that.
