Reese Witherspoon has been seen on another 'date' with her new beau, according to People.

The actress was spotted having dinner with Hollywood agent Jim Toth at a restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The couple, who have allegedly been dating over the past month, are said not to be getting serious.

"There was no major PDA [public displays of affection]," said a source.

A fellow patron noted that the couple seemed very relaxed as they left the restaurant.

"[Reese] was in the best mood ever and would not stop laughing," said the observer. "It was very obvious that Reese likes Jim and the two had great energy together."

Witherspoon, who has two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillipe, split from long-time boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal in December, last year.
