The way that Smackdown Faces are being booked.

I've noticed a trend in the way that basically all of the faces on Smackdown are being booked. Matt Hardy, Christian, Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker, even Big Show to a certain extent, are all being book as 'injured' going into their matches. I don't mind this every once and a while. But it's happening multiple times on a weekly basis on Smackdown. And I think it's getting blatant and dumb. What do you think about it?

Smackdown, whilst being pretty decent some weeks earlier in the year has been largely pretty stale since the build up to Sumerslam. As you said, it's the same old shit every week pretty much.

Just how many times are we gonna get Ziggler vs Kingston? Not to mention with only very slight variations on the outcome each week. I hope they add someone else to the mix as yet another one on one match between the two is just not interesting anymore.

With Mysterio at least having an angle of him being injured could likely be a way to give him the time off he was gonna get before he botched and put 'Taker on the shelf. Mysterio in general though is the same shit every week anyway. Comes out, does an average promo on how the fans are his "familia" says a few lines in Spanish, gets interrupted, avoids a beatdown and just misses the 619 then has a match with the guy who interrupted him and the kids in attendance lap it up.

Big Show gets called out and gets ambushed, then battles back to do his "Me Big Show, me punch you" lame arsed routine.

LayCool have a promo that would embarrass the majority of stuck up school girls before either both in a tag match or one of them against Kelly with the other outside screeching "Flawless" or calling Kelly smelly before getting the win.

Del Rio could be the breath of fresh air they need but not if they are just gonna have him beating down someone every week, we've already had months of McIntyre doing the same bloody thing.

It's not just the booking of the faces it's the whole show in general, Kane and CM Punks promos aside they've really been letting slide of late.

Get the Undertaker and Kane stuff done with by Survivor Series, let Taker retire with some dignity and bring over some guys from Raw.

World Title picture being Edge, Punk, Kane, Jericho (assuming he comes back), Christian, Swagger, Big Show and Mysterio.

Kingston, Rhodes, Miz, Ziggler, Del Rio, Hardy and McIntyre on the mid card.

Vary it up and make it interesting again.
