With the special nature of the Royal Rumble, Beyond The Numbers is going to take a look at what many people consider their favorite match of the year.

There are some other people who did an excellent job recapping the Royal Rumble match and I highly recommend taking a look at those articles. Josh Higham and Graham Cawthon did great jobs in their summaries.

With the other retrospectives on the Royal Rumble, I wanted to take a look at a few other aspects of the match. The times are based on my calculations and may not be the same as what Josh or Graham had in their articles.

While I will take a look at the orders of entry and elimination as well as the amount of time that the wrestlers were in the Royal Rumble match, I wanted to try to take a look at some of the numbers that people did not notice during the match.

The best place to start is with the most basic numbers for the match:
