Default CM Punk Injured During RAW Main Event?

There was some sort of injury to CM Punk during the No DQ match with Kane at Monday's RAW. When Punk was down after a bad spill, the cameras cut away but referee Mike Chioda threw up the "X" symbol and a trainer came down to look at Punk. A few more times during the match, Chioda called for a trainer to come down but Punk ended up finishing the match.

***MAJOR CM PUNK INJURY UPDATE REGARDING WRESTLEMANIA.***

News broke earlier today about what happened on RAW during the main event between CM Punk and Kane where referee Mike Chioda threw up the "X" symbol and a trainer came down to look at Punk. A few more times during the match, Chioda called for a trainer to come down but Punk ended up finishing the match.

CM Punk took to twitter an hour ago with this tweet and attached image :

    CM Punk @CMPunk
Out of the scan. Not loo...king good. Out to see my buddy Dr James Andrews. #Wrestlemania?

Within minutes the post was taken down from the social media website. Despite the post being deleted, pictures of the MRI Scan have been shared among twitter followers of Punk and have now become public knowledge.

A WWE source could only comment saying, 'This injury to Phil (CM Punk) is untimely. The results from the scan do not look prosperous. With Wrestlemania round the corner, everyone is wary of injuries of this calibre.

The backstage knowledge is that the CM Punk vs The Undertaker match, at this years Wrestlemania, is now a serious doubt due to the ligament damage suffered on his knee, the same knee injured earlier this year.

Great, so WWE barely promote the boring Rock vs. Cena II (Once in a Lifetime - Again!) and now they overwork Punk because RAW is garbage without him and he's injured.

I'm curious what bump did he take? And: with being out for 5-6 weeks due to his injury in late 2012 WWE should take care of his top in-ring competitor...

Punk will still do the match, he is a tough son of a bitch and will still do it.

A lot of reports say he came back too soon from that injury though.

    Here's an update I found:

    – Here are some additional details on the rumored CM Punk injury from RAW this past week. Rumors started Monday night when people stated during the RAW main event that the referee put up the “X” sign during the match when Punk took a bump to the floor. There was then a story circulating that Punk put up a post on Twitter and then took it down regarding a knee injury. That story also included a note saying that a WWE source said his injury doesn’t look promising. We never reported that here on this website.

That story is said to be completely false and that Punk’s injury from RAW was an arm injury. At this time, the injury is said not to be serious as we noted earlier this morning.
