AEW Will Sign "One Of The World's Best Wrestlers" At 11/18 Full Gear PPV

One of the very best wrestlers competing in the world today will ink an AEW deal at Full Gear, Tony Khan has revealed.

AEW Full Gear will take place this Saturday, from the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. The show will be the fifth annual Full Gear pay-per-view for the promotion. Given that the show will happen on a Saturday, AEW Collision has been moved to Friday and will go head-to-head with SmackDown tomorrow night.

Not only will Full Gear be chocked full with in-ring action, but a major name will be signing with the company. On Twitter, Tony Khan revealed that somebody is coming but did not give any clue as to who it would be.

Whoever they are, they are unlikely to come from WWE's releases that took place in September of this year. Talent cut from the main roster are still waiting out their 90-day non-compete clauses. While talent released from NXT are free to work, it is unlikely that Khan would build up somebody from WWE's gold brand as one of the best wrestlers in the world.

• AEW Women's World Champion Hikaru Shida vs. "Timeless" Toni Storm (AEW Women's World Championship)
• AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy vs. Jon Moxley (AEW International Championship)
• "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana) (Texas Death Match)
• The Golden Jets (Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) (If the Golden Jets win, they earn the Young Bucks' AEW World Tag Team title opportunity. If the Young Bucks win, the Golden Jets must disband)
