— A video package airs showing the history of the storied rivalry between reigning AEW World Champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman and former AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page. Bryan Danielson will moderate their pre-match press conference in our final segment of the evening, next.

We see the backs of heads of “reporters”. Danielson introduces Hangman Adam Page, and he introduces the current champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Danielson fields questions. One reporter wants to know if Hangman is going just for the World Title, or for revenge.

Hangman says that he will be going for revenge, and that includes taking what means most to MJF, and that is his world title. Another reporter wants to know how the match stipulations effect how they prepare for this match. MJF says that the stipulations are stupid, but he will be leaving with his World Title.

A reporter asks MJF and Page what they want new AEW fans to take away from their Revolution Texas Death Match, and MJF says he wants people to leave with him being a real professional wrestler as he leaves Revolution as a winner. Page says he plans on having MJF leave in an ambulance. MJF is then asked how he plans on making sure he doesn't lose to Page again, and MJF says Page's past wins against him are just flukes. Page is asked what lessons he's taking from the previous Texas Death Matches he's taken part in, and Page says he's the master of Texas Death matches as he's made and ended careers in them.

A reporter asks Page if this is the convergence of all his past stories in California, and Page says it is. He says people have compared him and MJF for six years before another person asks Page who he is in AEW if he doesn't win the AEW World Championship. Page becomes momentarily emotional and promises to win the AEW World Championship.

MJF grabs two beers from a crew member and looks to hand one to Page. Page throws it away when MJF hands it to him, and the two brawl from the location of the press conference into the ringside area. Page brawls with MJF through the crowd and dumps him in the ring, but security runs out to the ring to get the two men separated.

Page begins taking out several security guards, but MJF slides on his "Dynamite" Diamond Ring and looks to hit Page with it. Page sees MJF coming and lands Dead Eye on him, then grabs a barbed wire board from under the ring and drags MJF onto the ring apron. He sets up for another Dead Eye on MJF, but MJF manages to escape and retreats through the crowd. The two men stare one another down as the show goes off the air.
