    Default WWE Signs Midget Wrestler To Be Finlay's Leprechaun

    WWE recently signed a Midwest midget wrestler by the name of Shortstack. He will play the leprechaun sidekick of Fit Finlay on Smackdown. Here is a press release from NWA Wisconsin...

    NWA Wisconsin is proud to announce the signing of Shortstack by World Wrestling Entertainment.

    Shortstack, a midget wrestler out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has been signed to the WWE Friday Night SmackDown! Roster. He is expected to manage Finlay as…yes, a leprechaun.

    Shortstack has wrestled in NWA Wisconsin and various other indy feds for a few years now, and is a former X-Division champion in NWA Wisconsin.

    Shortstack now becomes the 5th wrestler to sign with a national company and the third to ink a WWE deal, following Daivari and Ken Kennedy…fourth if you count C.M. Punk. NWA Wisconsin alumnus Austin Aries is full-time now with NWA-TNA.

    His last local match before beginning his WWE contract is Saturday, May 20th, at Baba Louie’s in De Pere, WI. Shortstack will be tag-teaming with “Cadillac” Nick Colluci to take on Xavier Mustafa and TC Washington. In other action, NWA-TNA and ROH star Alex Shelley will be in action, as well as the in-ring return of TNA’s living legend, former NWA, AWA, WWF tag-team and WCW champion Larry Zbysko!

    Fit Finlay was doing well with his gimmick I thought I was enjoying it and I am sure that adding Shortstack is going to hurt it as its going to take and make him a joke I think its a bad move I am not sure what really the reason behind this is but as always I will wait and see what happened maybe it will be good but I do have my doubts on this
