Unhappy Not Interested in Wrestling Anymore

Right now I'm twenty-one years old and I've been a passionate wrestling fan since I was twelve. It seems like wrestling has changed a lot since I started watching it, and today I can barely bring myself to watch it, or even talk about it. I don't know whether it's because I'm getting older, or if wrestling's just starting to suck in general.

Now, aside from ROH it seems like mainstream wrestling in the USA has just become one horribly unfunny never-ending sitcom. I remember when I would get mad and upset if I happend to miss an episode of RAW or SmackDown! I would also look forward to the majority of the PPV's that were being put out at the time. Now it's different, when I miss an episode of RAW or !MPACT! it barely has any kind of disappointing effect on me. Also, when it comes PPV time I usually have no interest at all in purchasing any PPV's from WWE or TNA and I don't much care to stream them or download them the next day neither.

What's also another real downer for me is that none of my friends or anybody I work with really follow it on a regular basis. Most of them only watch UFC PPV's, so I usually end up splitting the PPV with a group of four; sometimes five people. I doubt I'll ever give up watching wrestling totally, but for this moment I'm really not into it for the most part.

Well that happens sometimes to people, I don't know what's it with me but no matter if it's a bad show I still have to watch I guess I'm a "lifer" when it comes to wrestling, it's something I just can't stop. Maybe it's because you're getting older or whatever but wrestling will probably always be important to you one way or another.

You should delve deeper I felt like this a few years back and started to find other companies and I saw the best wrestling of my life. Chikara and PWG are a couple in the US that are good.
