Impact Tapings are a great 1st Date, BFG Kickoff Show Update and More News

Did you know TNA Impact is a great first date? No? Well, apparently it is! In the 2011 Unofficial Guide to Disney World (which I highly suggest if you are ever planning a trip there; awesome reference tool), Impact is mentioned in the Universal Studios section of the book, noting that it's "action packed with great dramatic flair" and would be "a great idea for a first date." So, when you are looking to woo that special someone, don't look for a nice Italian restaurant, take them to the Impact Zone, apparently.

With no Impact tonight (think of all the first dates that have been ruined!), TNA will present a Bound for Glory Kickoff show on www.TNAWrestling.com hosted by Jeremy Borash with TNA President Dixie Carter taking fan questions. This is actually a really smart idea by the company to give their diehard fans something to watch or follow with no Impact on the air.

Jeff Hardy's court date is scheduled for today, but based on how the case keeps getting pushed back due to the glut of cases in Moore County Superior Court, I wouldn't be shocked in the least to see yet another delay.

Shop TNA is currently offering a "Knockouts" special with 2 DVDs, plus signed photos of Christy Hemme, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky for $29.99. They are also now selling TNA "Silly Bandz". I was amazed by the level of popularity of that fad among children that I know.

TNA will be running Canton, Ohio at the Civic Center tomorrow 9/10, Saturday 9/11 at the Seagate Center in Toledo, Ohio and Sunday 9/12 in Windsor, Ontario at the WFCU Centre this weekend.
