We start off with photos from Best in the World, when Jay Briscoe was unable to defeat Jay Lethal for the Ring of Honor World Title.

Jason Kincaid vs Donovan Dijak (with Prince Nana)

They lock up and Dijak slams the back of Kincaid’s head into the turnbuckles and he poses. They lock up again and Dijak sends Jason to the mat again. Dijak sends Kincaid into the turnbuckles and Kincaid floats over and he meditates and avoids a boot. Kincaid with a series of kicks and he goes to the ropes and tries for a double jump head scissors take down but Dijak stays on his feet and he sends Kincaid to the floor. Dijak tries to suplex Kincaid of the floor but Kincaid escapes and kicks Dijak and then he comes off the apron with an X Factor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Dijak is still on the floor and Kincaid with a suicide dive but Dijak catches Kincaid and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex into the guardrails. Dijak sends Kincaid back into the ring and Dijak gets a near fall. Dijak with a suplex throw across the ring and Dijak gets a near fall. Kincaid punches Dijak in the midsection and Dijak with a back breaker and he tosses Kincaid aside.

Dijak goes to the apron and he misses a springboard elbow drop when Kincaid moves. Kincaid with a double stomp to the chest followed by a springboard blockbuster. Kincaid with a slingshot stomp on the apron and then he hits a suicide dive sunset flip into the guardrails.

Dijak catches Kincaid off the ropes but Kincaid with a DDT for a near fall. Kincaid runs to Dijak and Dijak with a kick and he gets Kincaid up but he goes to the turnbuckles.

Kincaid with elbows and he gets Dijak seated on the turnbuckles. Kincaid on the ring post and he hits Grave of the Fireflies for a near fall. Kincaid with an arm bar submission but Dijak gets to the ropes. Kincaid goes up top and Dijak catches Kincaid and hits Feast Your Eyes for the three count.

Winner: Donovan Dijak


We go to commercial.

We are back and we see how Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser earned their title match by winning Tag Wars.

Before the match, Daniels says they have a treat for everyone. What a night it is for you. After dealing with dishonorable teams like the Motor City Machine Guns and the Briscoes and the Young Bucks, they get to fight real men and see the type of wrestling that Ring of Honor was built on.

Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser vs Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels


Kazarian and Young start things off and they lock up. Kazarian with a wrist lock and he cartwheels into a reversal. Kazarian uses the ropes to reverse. Young with a waist lock and Kazarian with a standing switch. Kazarian with an O’Connor Roll. Young and Kazarian with a series of near falls. They shake hands and each tries for a kick but they both know it is coming so they block it. They put the feet down at the same time and then they both punch each other. They go back and forth.

Young with the advantage but Kazarian with an elbow. Young with a forearm. Young with a punch and Daniels with a kick to the back when the referee was not looking. Kazarian with punches. Bruiser with a few kicks of his own and then Bruiser and Young with a double hip toss when the referee was dealing with Daniels and Young gets a near fall.

Young punches Kazarian but Daniels tags in and Daniels with a reverse atomic drop followed by a clothesline from Kazarian and an STO from Daniels for a near fall. Daniels sends Young into the turnbuckles and connects with a forearm into the corner. Young with a float over and he misses a clothesline but Bruiser does not miss. Bruiser with punches and Young tags back in and he connects with a shoulder and snap mare. Young with elbows to the chest and a mule kick for a near fall.

Bruiser tags in and kicks Daniels. Daniels with forearms but Bruiser runs Daniels into the corner and Young with an elbow. Bruiser with a running butt splash. Young with a boot and then Bruiser with a cannonball. Bruiser with an elbow drop. Daniels wants Bruiser to stop so they can talk. Bruiser with a kick and Kazarian with a kick to the back but Bruiser knocks Kazarian off the apron.

Bruiser with jabs but Kazarian trips Bruiser and Daniels with an Arabian Press for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Bruiser with a cross body to Kazarian. Young tags in and he sends Daniels into Kazarian and hits a running neck breaker that leads to a DDT as well, Kazarian with a jaw breaker but Silas with a back breaker and clothesline combination for a near fall. Kazarian goes for a back slide but Young rolls through for a kick to the head. Young with a knee and cutter for a near fall. Daniels breaks up the cover and Young punches Daniels. Young is taken down with a neck breaker and sit out power bomb combination and they get a near fall.

Daniels accidentally clotheslines Kazarian and Bruiser is tagged in and he punches Daniels and Kazarian. Daniels with an elbow to Bruiser but Bruiser with a double clothesline. Bruiser gets Kazarian up but Daniels pulls him down. They put Bruiser on the turnbuckles. Young pulls Daniels off and sends him to the floor. Bruiser pulls Kazarian off and Young with Misery to Kazarian. Daniels with Angel’s Wings to Young. Bruiser pushes Daniels off the turnbuckles. Bruiser misses a frog splash and Daniels hits the BME and Kazarian with a springboard leg drop for the three count.

Winners: Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian

We are back and Bobby Fish is in the ring for the Fish Tank. He mentions that he is the World Television Champ and one half of the Greatest Team on God’s Green. He says he is the undisputed King of Ring of Honor. He says it may be due to his unparalleled gas tank? His insatiable appetite for work capacity? Is it simply because God likes him more? Who is to say. It could be any or all of those things but the fact remains that today is not all about him. Today is about two individuals who will compete in your main event to see who gets the honor facing your king for his title.

Bobby brings out ACH and Mark Briscoe.

Bobby says he wants to stand between the two men because he has his good school clothes on and he does not want to get involved in any potential fray. He welcomes them to the Fish Tank.

Mark says he is wonderin’what his opponent’s initials stand for.

Bobby likes the question and he is thinking about opening it up to the public, but he wants to know what Mark thinks.

Mark says the first option is perhaps the American Child Hero. He says his man looks like a 14 year old who has been eating grilled cheese all morning and looks tickled to death.

Could it be Acrobatic Cat-Like Horse-Man. He has muscles like a stallion and the agility of a feline.

Bobby says Mark be on to something.
Mark says it stands for Ass Cheeks Huge.

ACH asks Mark and Bobby if they find it funny. He says he heard about Mark’s hopes and dreams of becoming the Television Champion. He respects that because he has the same dream. Mark already has a legacy so he has to beat Mark to get a legacy. He says ACH stands for Annihilating Chicken’s Hopes.

Bobby says he is not going to stand between this so he tells the referee to come to the ring to start the match.

Bobby goes to the announce table for the main event.


Number One Contender Match for the ROH Television Title
Mark Briscoe vs ACH


They locku p and ACH with a hammer lock and stuff goes on in the ring while we have the camera on the announcers. They lock up and Briscoe with a side head lock. Briscoe holds on to the side head lock when ACH tries to send him off the ropes. ACH with forearms but Mark with a shoulder tackle and he returns to the side head lock.

Briscoe with an arm drag and ACH with an arm drag of his own and he applies an arm bar. ACH with a wrist lock. Mark with a chop in the corner. ACH with a float over on an Irish whip and ACH with a rollup for a near fall. Mark with a knee followed by a snap mare. ACH with a snap mare and drop kick. ACH teases a dive but Mark moves. Mark blocks a kick and pulls ACH off the apron. Mark with chops and a slam. Mark goes to the apron for the Mick Foley elbow drop but he misses and ACH with a chop. ACH Irish whips Mark into the ring post.

ACH runs around the ring and uses the ring post for a head scissors take down.

ACH goes up top and leaps over Mark. ACH with a rana for a near fall. ACH with a forearm. Mark with a forearm and chop. Mark with an Irish whip and ACH goes to the apron and he goes for the springboard DDT but Mark with a drop kick.

We go to commercial.

We are back and ACH with an Irish whip and kick to Mark. ACH with a clothesline to Mark for a near fall. ACH with a waist lock and Mark with elbows and forearms. Mark with punches but ACH holds the ropes and then he hits a snap German suplex for a near fall. ACH tries for a suplex but Mark blocks it. Mark with punches and he tries for a suplex and ACH blocks it. Mark finally hits a suplex.

Mark gets back to his feet and he chops ACH. ACH with forearms. Mark with a forearm and chop. ACH with chops. Mark with forearms. ACH blocks a kick and Mark is able to punch ACH and ACH blocks another kick. Mark is flipped and lands on his feet. Mark with a kick and forearm. Mark with another forearm and he sends ACH into the turnbuckles as he goes around the ring. Mark puts ACH on the turnbuckles and connects with a chop. ACH kicks Mark away but Mark with an exploder for a near fall.

Mark sets for a fisherman’s buster but ACH with punches. Mark with chops and forearms followed by more chops. Mark with another forearm. Mark with a boot to the head. ACH gets a boot up but Mark with a Death Valley Driver and Mark goes to the turnbuckles. ACH with a kick to the head and a running drop kick into the corner. ACH with a brainbuster and then ACH goes up top for the 450 splash but Mark gets his knees up and Mark with a fisherman’s buster. Mark goes up top and he it’s the elbow drop and the three count.

Winner: Mark Briscoe

After the match
Bobby goes into the ring and he shows Mark his title belt. They will meet on August 19th on pay per view.
