The Man Who Was Hit On The Head By A Falling Baby, Twice!

in 1937 a local street sweeper in Detroit, Michigan, named Joseph Figlock, was walking down the road when a baby fell from a 4th story window. The baby struck him on the head and shoulders. The tackling toddler was thankfully not killed, but both the baby and Mr. Figlock were injured.

The following year, a two year old baby boy named David Thomas, fell from a window. Joseph, doing his job sweeping out an alley, was again struck by the falling baby. Remarkably, once again neither one was killed, and came from the incident with only minor injuries.

I actually think that was the case at least with one of those falling babies. I think I read that somewhere.
