Noah Cyrus has been spotted stepping out in a truly outrageous outfit.

The younger sister of pop superstar Miley Cyrus attended Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball concert in Inglewood, California at the weekend, where she was photographed wearing a tiny sheer bra, boyleg briefs and a black jacket.

The 25-year-old, who is also a singer, appeared to be smoking a joint as she made her way into the Kia Forum with a male companion.

Photos of her outfit have caused quite a stir online, with a post on X generating more than nine million views and thousands of comments as of publication.

“I love how confident she is. It’s unbelievable,” one user wrote.

“lord give me the confidence to roam the streets like this. even in 43 degree weather I could never,” another said.

“That’s not an outfit, that’s a declaration of freedom,” a third wrote.

“I have many questions,” quipped another.


While Noah was once close with her sister Miley, it’s understood the pair became estranged amid the drama engulfing the wider Cyrus family over the past few years.

It all kicked off when Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife of almost three decades, Tish Cyrus, sought a divorce for a third time in April 2022.

Four months later, Billy Ray became engaged to Australian singer Firerose (whom he married in 2023 until their split seven months later.)

Reports soon swirled Miley and Billy Ray, who shot to global superstardom together on Hannah Montana in 2006, had fallen out.

Flash forward a year and rumours of a family feud intensified, when in August 2023, Tish married Australian actor Dominic Purcell, of Prison Break fame, in Malibu. While Miley was maid of honour, Noah was noticeably absent, sharing photos of herself shopping at Walmart while wearing a ‘Billy Ray’ T-shirt.

A few months later, salacious reports emerged Noah had previously dated Purcell before he married Tish.

A source who spoke to Us Weekly claimed “Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” adding Tish was “fully aware”.

Neither Tish or Noah commented on the claims.

However, relations appeared to have started to heal between the estranged family members in recent months.

Miley gave rare insight when she shared an unusual statement on Instagram in May this year, after news outlets noticed Tish had unfollowed the Grammy winner on social media.

“I rarely comment on rumours but my mama and I are too tight for anything to ever come between us,” the singer wrote.

“She’s my best friend. Like a lot of mums, she doesn’t know how to work her phone and somehow unfollowed me — simple, coincidental and uninteresting.

“My dad and I have had our challenges over the years. Now, in my thirties, family is my priority above all else.

“I’m at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing. Grateful for the good health and love that flows through my family.”

Noah is the youngest child of Billy Ray, 63, and Tish, 58. The exes also share Miley, 32, Brandi, 38, and Trace, 36, [who Billy Ray adopted from Tish’s previous relationship] and Braison, 31.

Billy Ray recently went public with his new high-profile relationship with British actress Elizabeth Hurley.
