Ladder Match to determine the new NXT Champion

A new NXT Champion will be crowned in a Seven-Man Ladder Match for the vacant title. Ricky Saints, Shiloh Hill, Sean Legacy, Dion Lennox, Keanu Carver, Evolve Men’s Champion Jackson Drake and Joe Hendry all qualified for the match, setting the stage for a historic night in NXT. Who will walk out as the new NXT Champion?

— The show kicks off with a conversation between Robert Stone and Shawn Michaels in Ava's former office, where Michaels informs Stone that he's the new interim General Manager of NXT.

— We then head over to a video hyping up the Multi-Man NXT Ladder Match later tonight.

— Vic Joseph and Booker T then greet audiences at home as Izzi Dame, Thea Hail, and Lola Vice are all waiting in the ring.

NXT Women's North American Championship Match: Izzi Dame (c) vs. Thea Hail vs. Lola Vice

The bell rings and all three women take turns rolling one another up. Dame sends Hail crashing into Vice, but Vice sends Dame crashing out of the ring with a superkick and stares down Hail. Vice then looks to cinch in an arm bar on Hail, but Hail counters into a pinfall. Vice transitions into a Triangle hold, but Hail pins Vice once again to escape. Vice kicks out.

Hail cinches in the Kimura Lock on Vice, but Dame blindsides both Hail and Vice with a missile dropkick off the middle rope. She lands a bodyslam on Vice and pins her, but Hail breaks the fall and lands a hurricanrana on Dame. She goes for a pin of her own, but Vice breaks the fall and fires off a few strikes on Dame's midsection.

Niko Vance and Shawn Spears appear at ringside, but Hail takes out Spears with a hurricanrana to him off the ring steps. Vice then levels Dame, but Hail takes out Vice with a dive through the middle rope.

During the commercial break, Dame lands a bodyslam on Vice back inside the ring. She lands a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Hail, then wears her down with a submission hold. Vice cinches in a submission of her own on Dame, but Hail flies off the middle rope with a senton to take out both Dame and Vice as the former has the latter on her shoulders back from the break.

Vice lands a Hip Attack on Dame in the corner and looks to land one on Vice, but Hail moves out of the way. Hail then delivers a suplex to Dame and sends Vice crashing into the mat face first, then connects with a springboard senton on her. Vice traps Hail in a sleeper, but Dame breaks things up.

Vice levels Dame with a roundhouse kick and pins her, but Dame kicks out. Hail cinches in a Kimura Lock on Vice, but Hail rolls up Vice with a handful of trunks. Vice kicks out and cinches in a sleeper on Hail, but Hail reverses into a pinfall. Vice kicks out, but Dame runs over Vice with a big boot. She looks to land a powerbomb on Hail, but Hail spikes Dame with a senton. Dame rolls out of the way before Hail can pin her and grabs onto the ring apron for extra assistance.

Kelani Jordan appears out of nowhere and attacks Vice on the outside. She uses a ladder from under the ring to hurt Vice's head as Hail cinches in a Kimura Lock on Dame. Dame then connects with a powerbomb on Hail for the win.

Winner and STILL NXT Women's North American Champion: Izzi Dame

— Sol Ruca talks to Wren Sinclair & Kendal Grey. They talk about Ruca's Royal Rumble performance. Zaria comes in and is upset Ruca is getting all these opportunities. Ruca says she wants Zaria there for everything and she got the call to be in the Rumble and was told to not say anything. Zaria understands and says she wants to win tonight for her.

— Tony D'Angelo walks backstage and he's ready to share his thoughts with us after the break.

— We come back from a commercial break, and we see Chase U talking to Andre Chase. Kale Dixon asks Uriah Connors where his head is at. Connors says they don't get opportunities so he's going to get it. Lexis King, Stacks and Arianna Grace come in and King tells Connors he should own up to his birthright. Dixon wants a tag match against King and Stacks.

— Tony D'Angelo makes his way to the ring.

D'Angelo says it's been seven months since he had the chance to speak to the "NXT" fans and he has some things to get off his chest. He says the fans know his history in "NXT", then says he was a happy man a year ago surrounded by family and friends. He says growing up in Chicago, you have to stand on your own two feet especially when you're involved in the stuff that he is.

D'Angelo says he needed to remember he was a National Champion and a Division 1 athlete, then says there's a reason he came back to "NXT" by being calculated and dropping bodies left and right. He says he came back for two reasons: punishing DarkState for taking everything to him by taking everything from them and another secret reason he will reveal once he's done with DarkState.

— A video package for Jasper Troy plays where he talks about the men coming for his Speed Title.

— Elio LeFleur makes his way to the ring. Charlie Dempsey follows.

WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament: Charlie Dempsey vs. Elio LeFleur

The bell rings and the two men level one another with crossbodies as the three minute time limit begins. LeFleur sends Dempsey crashing into the mat spine first, but Dempsey rolls out of the ring. LeFleur flies off the ropes to take down Dempsey on the outside as the clock approaches two minutes, but Dempsey lands a variation of a T-Bone suplex on LeFleur and fires off stomps on him. The clock passes one minute as LeFleur rolls up Dempsey. Dempsey kicks out, but LeFleur rocks him with a knee strike. Dempsey intercepts LeFleur as he charges at him and lands a German suplex on him, but LeFleur kicks out and sends Dempsey crashing into the mat for the win.

Winner: Elio LeFleur

— Kelly Kincaid talks to Joe Hendry and asks how he is after getting beaten up last week. Hendry says he won't let bruised ribs get in the way of what he wants. Hendry says he's frustrated because he isn't a champion and he came here to be a champion.

— Sol Ruca and Zaria make their way to the ring, with Zaria visibly frustrated with Ruca. The Elegance Brand follow, and we see TNA Director of Operations Daria Rae in the crowd.

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match: The Elegance Brand (w/Ash by Elegance & The Personal Concierge) vs. ZaRuca (Zaria & Sol Ruca)

Ruca and M begin the action. The bell rings and Ruca lands a moonsault on M. Heather tags in and double teams on Ruca with M, but Ruca sends her crashing into the mat with a spinning slam face first and lands a Hip Attack on her.

Ruca tags in Zaira, and the pair level Heather with a double back elbow. Zaria refuses to high five Ruca and pins Heather, but Heather kicks out and Zaria catches her with a suplex. She lands a delayed vertical suplex on her.

During the commercial break, Zaria fires off right hands on M's midsection. M levels Zaria with a right hand of her own to her head, then tags Heather back in. M assists Heather in landing a splash on Zaria, but M tags back in and looks to land a splash on Zaria. Zaria ducks out of the way and has the chance in Ruca, but decides against it still clearly angry with her and lands clotheslines on both M and Heather. She delivers a bodyslam to M and sends Heather crashing into the mat.

Heather then tags back in and M assists her in landing another splash on Zaria.

Zaria finally tags in Ruca, and Ruca levels Heather with a back elbow. She lands a German suplex on M, then calls for Zaria to get back up on the apron back from the break. M catches Ruca with a kick from outside the ring, then tags in. Heather lands a standing moonsault on Ruca and M looks to land one of her own on her off the middle rope, but Ruca rolls out of the way and delivers a springboard clothesline to her.

Zaria and Ruca land double spears on Heather and M, and Zaria gets M up on her shoulders. Ruca looks to land Sol Snatcher on Heather, but Ash By Elegance pulls Heather out of the ring and Ruca accidentally hits Zaria. Ash sends Ruca crashing into the ring steps, opening the door for Heather to tag in. M holds Zaria in place, and Heather lands a double stomp on her spine for the win.

Winners and STILL TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions: The Elegance Brand

— After the match, Daria Rae hands The Elegance Brand their titles as ZaRuca bicker in the ring.

— The Vanity Project (Jackson Drake, Brad Balor & Ricky Smokes) hangs out backstage. Ethan Page tells them to listen to his words and they'll come out on top, unlike Myles Borne who doesn't listen to him. Page tells Balor and Smokes how to beat Hank & Tank next week and tells Drake to not rush into anything tonight.

— We come back from a commercial break and see Jaida Parker earlier today posing for fans. Blake Monroe attacks her outside the venue as she poses with fans.

— Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Arianna Grace, and Chase U make their way to the ring.

Lexis King and Stacks (w/ Arianna Grace) vs. Chase U (w/ Andre Chase)

Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Uriah Connors begin the action. The bell rings and Connors levels Stacks. He lands a Tornado DDT on Stacks, but King tags in and runs over Connors. Kale Dixon tags in and levels Stacks with a pair of right hands, then levels King with a right hand. King then delivers Dixon with a forearm to the back of his neck and follows it up with The Coronation for the win.

Winners: Lexis King and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo

— After the match, a frustrated Connors abandons Chase and Dixon in the ring.

— Fatal Influence then makes their way to the ring.

Jacy Jayne asks the fans if they know what it's like to wait their entire life for something only for it to get taken from them at the last second. She says she competed in her first Women's Royal Rumble this past Saturday and says that the crowd was chanting her name even halfway across the world, then says everything was going perfect until Sol Ruca snuck up behind her to eliminate her.

Jayne says while she's been carrying the NXT women's division on her back, everyone wants to talk about Ruca and continues to air her grievances with Ruca.

Zaria's music hits and she makes her way out. She says Jayne couldn't have possibly thought that she could send Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid after her, then says Jayne should be worried about her taking the NXT Women's Championship away from her rather than Ruca. Jayne says Zaria hasn't done anything.

Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair make their way out, and Grey says she used to ask herself if she was ready. She says she the only question in her mind is if she'll make Jayne tap out or pin her rather than if she can beat her, but Zaria warns Grey against getting in her way. Ruca emerges at ringside and tells everyone in the ring to chill out. She says that herself, Zaria, Grey, and Sinclair all want NXT Women's Championship, but points out to Zaria that Grey and Sinclair are still friends.

Jayne says she only called Ruca to the ring, but Mr. Stone makes his way out and says Grey and Sinclair will be taking on Ruca and Zaria. He says whoever gets the pinfall in the match earns a shot at Jayne's NXT Women's Championship.

— Kelly Kincaid stops Kelani Jordan and asks why she attacked Lola Vice. Jordan says Vice can't knock anyone out with the broken hand she gave her.

— Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey and Charlie Dempsey talk backstage. Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Arianna Grace and Uriah Connors come by. King asks Dempsey if he's thought about King's proposal.

— The participants in the multi-man NXT Championship Ladder Match make their way to the ring.

NXT Championship Ladder Match: Ricky Saints vs. Shiloh Hill vs. Joe Hendry vs. Keanu Carver vs. Jackson Drake vs. Sean Legacy vs. Dion Lennox

The bell rings and everyone begins brawling with one another. Carver bodyslams Legacy on top of a ladder and sends Drake crashing into the same one with a Sidewalk slam, but Hill sends Carver crashing into the ladder with a back body drop. Lennox and Hill use the ladder to take out Carver, but Saints lands a dropkick on them using the ladder and takes down Hendry.

Saints walks the top rope and lands a chop on Legacy, then sends him crashing into a ladder in the corner face first. Hendry hits Saints with a ladder across his spine and hits Legacy and Carver with it. Drake sets up a ladder and sends Hendry crashing into it face first, then climbs up the ladder and looks to grab the NXT Championship. Hendry flips the ladder to send Drake crashing into the ropes, then powerbombs Drake out of the ring and over the top rope to take out the field on the outside.

Hendry lands a running senton over the top rope to take out everyone on the outside, then looks to climb up the ladder in the ring during the break. Carver pulls Hendry off as Hill sends Lennox crashing into the announce desk face first. Hendry looks to land a Fallaway Slam on Carver as Drake climbs the ladder, but Carver sends Hendry crashing into the ladder as a means of stopping Drake.

Hendry and Lennox ascend up the ladder, but Drake trips the ladder. Carver rips a ladder in half back from the break, but Legacy takes out Carver. Legacy rocks Drake with an enzuigiri, but Lennox hits Drake with a ladder in the corner. Legacy uses the ladder to land a Sliced Bread on Lennox, then sets it up and looks to grab the NXT Championship. Drake stops Legacy, and the pair exchange right hands on top of the apron.

Hill uses the broken ladder as stilts to stop Legacy and Drake, but he gets tripped and Lennox sends him crashing out of the ring.

Lennox sends Drake crashing into the mat spine first with a spinning slam, then ascends up the ladder and looks to grab the NXT Championship. Hendry trips Lennox and sends him crashing into a ladder in the corner, then ascends up another ladder looking to grab the NXT Championship. Drake trips him and lands a gutbuster on Legacy, then lands a Swanton Bomb on him off the top rope. Saints attempts to trip Drake as he ascends up the ladder looking to grab the NXT Championship, but Carver takes out Saints and looks to powerbomb Drake out of the ring. Drake transitions to send Carver crashing out of the ring, then lands a Phoenix Splash off the top rope to take out everyone else on the outside.

During another commercial break, Drake tries climbing up the ladder. Carver trips Drake and sends Lennox and Hill crashing into one another before Hill and Lennox exchange right right with one another and take each other out.

Carver starts taking everyone out with a ladder back from the break, but Hill levels Carver and connects with a running knee on him. He hits Carver repeatedly with a ladder, and everyone begins piling ladders on top of Carver as a means of keeping him down. Hill places a ladder around his neck and begins taking out everyone else with Airplane Spins, then sets up another ladder and looks to climb it. Drake hits Hill with another ladder from behind to take him out, then sets up ladder between the ropes and the ladder in the middle of the ring. Legacy lands a 450 Splash on Drake off the ropes as Drake lays on the ladder set up between the other ladder and the ropes.

Lennox and Legacy brawl on the ladder in the middle of the ring, looking to grab the NXT Championship. Drake and Hill join them on another ladder, but Lennox and Legacy send Drake and Hill crashing off their ladder. Lennox sends Legacy crashing off the ladder, but Hendry trips Lennox and sends him crashing into the side of the ladder in the middle of the ring.

Carver breaks through the pile of ladders on top of him and sends Drake crashing into a pile of fans. He runs over Hill, then sends Legacy crashing through a piece of the set. Carver spots Saints alone in the ring, and the pair ascend up the two ladders in the middle of the ring. Saints sends Carver crashing off his ladder and through a second one set up between the announce desk and the ring apron.

Saints hits his signature pose, but Hendry meets him on the other side of the ladder. Hendry looks to unhook the NXT Championship, but Saints hangs onto it. Hendry manages to fend off Saints and sends him crashing through the ladder between the other ladder and the ring ropes. Hendry then unhooks the NXT Championship, officially becoming the new titleholder.

Winner and NEW NXT Champion: Joe Hendry

— Hendry celebrates on top of the ladder as the show goes off the air.
