A huge brawl broke out after a wrestling match in the US turned ugly.

Well-known provocateur Dillon Danis, who once fought Logan Paul, was up to his old tricks against Khamzat Chimaev.

And just like he did in the defeat to Paul, Danis lashed out in a bizarre way after being pinned in the RAF 10 main event.

He attempted a guillotine - an MMA move - and kicked out at his opponent as the pair tussled on the ground, with Chimaev responding in kind as he got back up to his feet.

But before he even landed a retaliatory kick several members of his team rushed the stage to attack Danis.

The American lay helplessly on the floor and was quickly caught under a mass of bodies.

Fortunately for him some of his own team members had reacted quickly and jumped to defend him.

Chimaev even tried to make another desperate lunge to get to Danis but could not fight his way through the crowd, and he was carried away by a team member.

Danis has previous for such farcical scenes, having tried to get Paul into a headlock before grappling him to the canvas at the end of their bout.

The former MMA fighter even kicked out at Paul and chased him around the ring trying to land punches even after the final bell had gone, leading to an intervention in the ring from security personnel.

He was subsequently disqualified and became a laughing stock for his antics.

Fans were similarly unimpressed after Danis once again caused a melee because of his immature actions.

“Literally can’t understand why Dillon got this opportunity in the first place dude is the biggest f***ing scumbag there is,” said X user Chuddleston.

“Dillon Danis needs to be perm banned from all fighting events ever. Trying for a submission and holding it in wrestling is sooo dirty.” added @AntiGuruMMA.

“OK I just rewatched the whole match. Dillon tried to submit Khamzat with a guillotine.

It’s a wrestling match. He deserves what came to him,” commented @JojoMMA006.

However not everyone agreed with some leaping to Danis’ defence.

“I understand Dillon is starting problems a lot of the time, but this is ridiculous. Khamzat kicked him. DILLON DANIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM,” said X user @iansMMA.
