Yes I would agree HBO would be a good place for it but I don't think that will ever happen. I would like to see violence but half of the guys in ECW don't even know what extreme is lol.

I think what would be better for both brands, Raw and Smackdown, would be to combine them again like wwe9112 said (I know its hard to believe I'm agreeing with wwe9112). WWE was a lot better when they were both combined IMO.
