Concern With Donald Trump's Attitude Over WM23 Role

With the magnitude of tonight's Wrestlemania PPV, it would be expected by both fans and WWE management that Donald Trump would be dedicated and enthusiastic given the part he has to play, but reports suggest he has been anything but that.

The general consensus is that Trump has been very distant backstage and has acted as if pro wrestling is beneath him, and he has also stressed on numerous occasions to the media that the only reason he's doing this is because Vince McMahon has promised to give a big check to charity.

Trump's feelings were pretty much summed up when he failed to event mention Wrestlemania, 2 days before the event, on Friday night's Letterman show.

Yeah, I had figured this from the beginning when he referred to Lashley as Lindsay, and then kept repeatedly telling Vince, "your guy will lose," though not once mentioning Umaga by name, which made me believe he didn't know it.

The thing on Letterman really put the thought of him not giving a damn over the edge for me. It's evident he doesn't care and is not doing his part in helping promote the show.

I was very surprised that he didn't mention it on Letterman. Letterman did not even ask about it I do not think, so he must have been told not to ask about it.
