If Randy Orton is headlining No Way Out it will probably mean one of two things:
1. He wins the World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble
OR
2. He's challenging Batista for the title at No Way Out which means he doesn't win the Royal Rumble as many have been specualting.

It could be that. Or it could just mean he is in some big match. Just because someone is on the poster doesn't mean that they are guarantee'ed to be Main Eventing. Look at the 2004 Unforgiven Poster. It had Kane on it but he only faced Matt Hardy I think. And the 2005 Survivor Series Poster. Undertaker, yet he just appeared after the matches were done. See my meaning

Well I don't think that Orton will infact win the World Heavyweight Title at the Royal Rumble, the same as I doubt they'd have a World Title match, on a small PPV event like No Way Out, when you can have one at Wrestlemania 22. I think he'll win the Royal Rumble, and go on to face Batista at Wrestlemania 22 for the World Title... as for No Way Out, he could be in the main event, but we'll all have to wait and see

Spoilers still going around that Batista will face Kane at No way out, for the world title, but i doubt that will still happen, Orton might be in a Main event fued at no way out but not against Batista save that for wrestlemania
