AEW EVPs the Young Bucks are set to make a major impact when they return to programming, whenever that may be.

At AEW Full Gear 2023, the Bucks lost to the Golden Jets (Kenny Omega & Chris Jericho.) As a result, the Jets earned the AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity previously held by the Bucks. After the match, the Bucks destroyed the ringside area, and it is believed that the pair are turning heel.

Following their loss at Full Gear, Brandon Cutler, who is serving as the Bucks' spokesperson, Bucks' spokesperson took to social media that the Bucks are taking a break from programming and Being the Elite. It has also been reported that at least one other person in AEW will be joining the Bucks as heels when they return to TV.

Colt Cabana's name has been mentioned as the potential ally of the Bucks, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports, but his involvement is not a certainty at this time. Meltzer's report adds that Cutler is expected to continue representing the Bucks and working with them for the foreseeable future.

The plan is for the Bucks to take some time off and "come back as heels with major impact." It was made clear that these plans are in the beginning stages and right now, there is no known time frame on when they will return to TV. The report did not go into what plans, if any, have been made for the 'major impact' the Bucks will make once they are back.
