Bryan Danielson had his first Continental Classic match on last Saturday's episode of Collision. Still recovering from surgery to repair his orbital bone, he beat Eddie Kingston with one eye.

Just one month from today, he will continue his feud with Kazuchika Okada at WrestleKingdom. Their feud could be ending in NJPW as Okada will be a free agent soon and is exploring the possibility of signing elsewhere.

In September, Danielson said in a promo that "time is running out." He said that he made a promise to his daughter that he would be home with her more often when she turns seven years old. He stated that he will stop wrestling full-time next year.

Due to the way it was phrased, many assumed that Danielson would be scale down his wrestling schedule by a large margin. He confirmed that he will continue wrestling beyond 2024 on the Maggie and Perloff Show.

"I could picture myself out there and when I say this is kind of my last year as a full-time wrestler, I can't envision ever stopping. I'm getting to the point where my body is breaking down a little bit. I can't do it full-time at the level that I would like to, but I would still like to get out there every once in a while and just do it."

Danielson jokes that he'll continue wrestling into his 70s. "It's one of my life's passions, you know what I mean? It makes me feel alive. So, yeah, I mean I could see myself out there at 74, just being like, 'Ahhh! Come on!'"

Should Danielson advance through the Continental Classic, he would wrestle at Worlds End on December 30.
