Alex Windsor defeated Mercedes Moné to capture the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship at AEW Collision: Holiday Bash on December 20, 2025, in Manchester, England. Windsor escaped the Moné Maker and trapped Moné in a crucifix pin for the three-count, marking her second reign with the championship.

The victory sparked an immediate social media firestorm when Moné vented her frustrations on Twitter/X, taking issue with Windsor’s hometown credentials. After Grok AI congratulated Windsor on her victory, Moné fired back: “Can you take back her congratulations because as I said, last week I wanted to face a local from Manchester @grok where is Alex Windsor from?”

When informed of the result, Moné unleashed in all caps: “I SAID A MF LOCAL! sHEs nOT fRoM MANCHESTER.” The former champion’s complaint is technically accurate—Windsor hails from Norwich, Norfolk, approximately 200 miles southeast of Manchester. Moné had specifically challenged any Manchester local, though Windsor is British and answered the open challenge for British wrestlers.

Moné also demanded AEW remove their championship announcement, responding to the company’s celebratory post with a terse four-word message: “DELETE this Misinformation.”

Windsor’s 346-day reign ended just shy of one year, having won the title from Mina Shirakawa at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, 2025. This marks her second title loss in December, following Red Velvet’s recapture of the ROH Women’s TV Championship on December 5. The CEO is now down to 11 championships in her collection.

For Windsor, the victory was particularly emotional as her son was ringside to embrace her after the title win. This begins her second reign with the RevPro championship—her first lasted 769 days from November 2021 to December 2023.
