A Supershow, Live from T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada
Show opens with Spotlight GM Quinn McKay welcoming everyone, telling that she's got some pretty big news regarding the future of the EAM Womens division, not to mention what will go down next weekend at Grandslam 18. But.....she doesn't want to share these news alone.... Music suddenly cranks the arena speakers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dM_z5y3bUmA The arena explodes as EAM's Grand Lady walks out on the stage, carrying crutches, but with The EAM Center of Attention Championship around her waist. Together, Mickie and Quinn can announce that for the first time ever (and probably the last) there will be a rumble match at Grandslam. The winner of this match will be the NEW EAM Womens Champion, and not only that, the match will open the show! Mickie emotionally says it's hard not being able to compete at the grandest stage this year, but it will be an honor watch the spectacle and the future of the business from the best seats in the house. We cut to the show's vignette....
Before the match, as Scurll is on his way down the rampway, Omega cut's a promo, telling it's funny how Scurll finally showed up for work, at the last show of the season. It's almost like he's pretending to, or trying to be MJF. Anyways, this promo leads to nothing, and as Scurll gets into the ring, there is almost like someone pushes Omega. He falls out of the ring and makes a big fuzz about it. This whole thing affects the match that comes right after as well, not to mention during....
Singles Matchup
Kenny Omega Vs Marty Scurll
- After the match Omega grabs a microphone and goes on a ramble. He's suddenly talking about this feeling he's been having for weeks. A feeling that someone is pushing him, dragging him. Making him do thigs he doesn't want to do. But he knows. Because this is not Omega's first war! (People are starting to believe he's going crazy as he starts to talk about invisible men and DDT, and flowerpots and Japan etc) The promo ends with Omega furiously demanding retribution for everything he has lost! Next weekend, at Grandslam, Omega will end this. And he will show everyone who's the crazy one!
----------
We get a promo from The EAM Intercontinental Champion; Colt Cabana next, where he adress what happened at NOTS and the fact that a guy who struts around wearing a corny mask, and having a corny title song should be more popular than " Boom Boom " Colt Cabana? That's Hogwash! Cabana shall be the first to agree that he has perks and quirks, and is not your traditional wrestler so to say. But that is what made Cabana the name he is today. But also because he could be serious when he wanted to, as he is right now. Cody Deaner, if you seriously think you got everyone behind you, meet up next weekend!
EAM Womens Tag Team Championships Matchup
Piper Niven & Nia Jax (c) Vs Shotzi Blackhart & Kiera Hogan
- After the match, Piper and Jax cut's a promo on how they have destroyed anyone who's crosses their path, so if anyone feel stupid enough or stupidly brave enough, or whatever. Piper and Jax are putting down an open challenge for the tag team titles at Grandslam 18. Because whoever is foolish enough to take them up on it, will just give them a easy paycheck and the rest of the night off.
----------
As we get back from commercial break we go back to the ring where none other than Hafthor & Eddie Hall has placed themselves. They cut a promo, demanding a title match at Grandslam because there is no team that can stand against them. GM Orton walks out, telling them that even though their actions are unorthodox, he will give them a chance. Not a title shot, right away offcourse, that would not be fair. But let's say, you face a tag team, and if you beat them, you get added to the EAM Tag Team Titles match? Hafthor and Hall seems intrigued, asking Orton to tell them who the unlucky bastards are. Music then cranks the arena speakers, and the EAM audience goes bonkers! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dyrg...&start_radio=1
Out on the stage walks one of EAM's biggest legends and posterboys, and it's kinda surreal, as he stands beside Randy Orton, who's over the years been one of his biggest rivals. Orton then makes it official. For the first time ever in EAM history, Randy will team up with Jon Moxley! The audience can't believe it, and neither can Bryan and Nigel on commentary. This is surreal to say at least. Hafhtor and Hall standing in the ring does not seem as confident anymore....
----------
- Before the match, as Prince Devitt stands at the Gorilla Position, Danhausen walks by doing his usual antics. This leads to Devitt getting angry, asking what the fuck he has to do to get rid of him? Danhausen replies telling Devitt that such profound and profane language deserves to be.......CURSED! Devitt just shakes his head and says he's had enough off this shit, leaving for his match....
EAM Television Championship Matchup
Hook (c) Vs Prince Devitt
- David Benoit walks out after the match and puts down a challenge, telling Hook that he used to hold that title. It's actually the only title he ever held. And, he knows for a fact that he has never beaten Hook, so....here is the deal. David knows his career will never skyrocket or anything, because of many factors. But, he knows a opportunity when he sees one. A chance to write himself into the history books of EAM regardless of the outcome. So, if Hook gives David a shot at the EAM Television Championship at Grandslam, David will put his career on the line.... There is silence for a long time, as Hook conciders it, then accepts!
----------
Before our next match is about to start we get a promotional video from the daughter of The Rock, Ava Raine, who is trashtalking not only Noelle, but the whole Foley family in her podcast where she ends he whole ramble by challenging Noelle to a match at Grandslam. And if she's afraid, she can even bring her dad.....
Fatal 4-Way Matchup
Stephanie Vaquer Vs Kris Statlander Vs Nikkita Lyons Vs Wendy Choo
As we get back from commercial breaks we go backstage where we hook up with John Cena and AJ Styles, who is talking about their recent tag team bout at NOTS, but that ther is really nothing else to do is there? What if? Why not go out with a bang together? We cut back to the arena with the scene of Cena smiling to Styles, as he agrees..... The camera cut's to another place in the arena where we hook up with Shawn Michaels who gets interrupted by a crewmember, who tells HBK it's urgently that he signs this paper right away. It comes straight from the CEO, and it's about Grandslam. It cannot wait!
HBK signs the papers and hands it back to the crewmember only to get superkicked to the floor. The crewmember takes off his hat, his sunglasses and his beard, revealing none other than Shawn Spears.
Spears: I've been waiting so long for this Shawn. Twenty freaking years i've waited. But this upcoming weekend, I get my retribution. My revenge. My Payback! Because what you just signed, was a contract for a match against me at Grandslam!

#1 Contenders Tag Team Matchup (Read below first)
Young Bucks Vs Hardy Boyz
- Have the match end in a time-limit draw, or neither team reach the 10 count, setting it up so both teams gets a shot at Grandslam.
----------
We once again go backstage where Johnny Gargano and Will Ospreay is talking when GM Randy Orton walks up to them. He says he's proud of what they have accomplished as of late, getting up from the mud and back up on the horse. There is no doubt that both of them are great workers. And they might feel it unfair that they are left out from the Grandslam card? Well, Orton can tell that they neither of them are. You see, as GM, Ortonn likes to keep up to date on stuff regarding the business. And it hit him, never ever have Johnny or Will faced each other one on one. And that made Orton think, we gotta do something about that right? He claps both men on their shoulders, telling them not to let him or anyone down......
