Thats exactly what you did, you stole the mans work and gave him no credit at all. Plagiarism is my pet peeve ever since I took a series of English classes and it bothers me when someone rips off another persons work and claims it as their own. And on the subject of giving credit,I wouldn't know if you give people credit for opinion pieces since you never post your opinions, so this might be a habit for all I know. Please just make sure you give people credit for their work in the future.
