At about 6am this morning the miners stepped out of the shaft elevator, clocked off and walked over to hug their families and rescuers. They were rated category 3 in fitness (average human is category 4) but you would have no idea they'd been trapped in a one metre by one metre cage for 14 days. One of the men picked up his son and threw him in the air catching him again...
