One of the ideas discussed by WWE creative was to bring in Gangrel (David Heath) as a member of a Vampire group in ECW. Apparently, the idea has been dropped. Dave Meltzer reports that despite signing Heath, he may not be used after all because he has gained alot of weight.
Brooke Hogan's musical representatives think Brooke doing a WWE angle would turn her into a joke.

Brooke Hogan is a Joke. Unfortunatley Hulk Hogan if he ever wants to wrestle again controls all of his booking so he cant loose.

I would say that Brooke is kinda a joke so it really doesn't matter. I think the WWE angle would help her more then anything. For Gangrel never really liked him so I guess that is fine that he will not be on ECW. He would be just a waste of space anyway.
