Default HBK on the Decision To End The Undertaker's Streak

Shawn Michaels and Jim Ross had a lengthy discussion about The Undertaker and The Streak during HBK's new interview on The Ross Report.

Michaels told Ross that the decision to end The Streak was made just four hours before WrestleMania XXX began. Ross added that he spoke to Taker in New Orleans and asked how many matches he has left. Taker told Ross he would know in a few hours, meaning after the match with Brock Lesnar.

HBK said Taker told him that he would contact Michaels a few weeks after WrestleMania and update him on his health and future. HBK said he does know that Taker was very banged up after the match.

Michaels also talked about how it was Vince McMahon's decision. Shawn was confident that Vince had a good reason, in his mind, for ending The Streak.

I still think it was a bad idea. Worst part about it is that WWE still hasn't capitalized on Lesnar's victory. No TV appearances, no Championship matches, nothing.

If it wasn't for Paul Heyman yelling about it every 5 minutes on TV, most people would have completely forgotten about it by now. Not the way to end the most impressive streak ever in the WWE IMO.

It still stings to think about it, seeing as how Taker is one of my all-time favorites. The fact is, Undertaker is old and beaten up and Lesnar is still a powerhouse. Realistically, if you were to put them in an MMA match, Lesnar would win again. I hate that it had to happen with Lesnar, as I know a full-timer could have had his career made by beating Taker.

Outside of the wrestling world, I hope Calaway can rest up and get his nagging injuries fixed up. That's no way to live out the rest of your life, always being in pain and beaten up. If this guy can take a whole year off and still not be ring-ready by Wrestlemania, then we all know it is time to hang up the boots. Just hope a Hall of Fame ballot isn't too far off if he is done.

Speaking of Cesaro, you know what really grinds my gears?
The fact that Heyman is supposed to be representing Cesaro, accompanies him, speaks for him, and what does he talk about?
    BROCK LESNAR
Seriously, you are managing Cesaro, yet instead of promoting him, you only talk about Lesnar.
I wouldn't be standing there with a smile on my face when my manager is talking about his other client and overshadowing whatever I have done or will do with...
    BROCK LESNAR!
Just think it is a little disrespectful, ya know?

Of course, but what does that mean? Nothing..nobody cares about Lesnar because he's not showing, saying or doing anything on WWE TV.
Technically HHH beat Taker too because he beat Lesnar..same principle
