2010 - Ring of Honor debuted in Louisville, Kentucky at the Davis Arena. Adam Parker filed the following TV report:

The meet and greet with the wrestlers just ended. Jim Cornette is still signing. This place is pretty full, might be close to a sellout.

Looks like they are using the OVW ring with just an ROH mat.

They've got three cameras out to probably film the matches for a future DVD or online video.

Local wrestling personality Timmy Baltimore is in attendance.

Cornette is out saying how happy he is to see almost every seat full. He's glad to bring ROH here finally as it took a while and there was a lot of paperwork. He asked how many people are seeing their first ROH show and most of the crowd responded. He put over OVW and told people to come out and support OVW and watch it on our local TV affiliate.

The first match is an OVW match.

Paredyse vs. Beef Wellington, who wins with a rollup

The Elite retain the OVW Southern Tag Titles in a good match.

Delirious beat Mike Mondo. Pick 6 Challenge match is next with Chris Hero taking on Colt Cabana. Cabana won.

Roderick Strong and House of Truth vs. Aries and the All Night Express. Aries says he couldn't help but think of Kentucky Fried Chicken and it looks like we're on a all KFC diet. About the only thing that is finger licking good is a double. He then puts over how great the All Night Express is and says the opponents are nobodies, nothing.... Truth grabs the mic and says the good book says it's time for a change as all 6 men start to brawl. Strong gets the win for his team.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Tyler Black in a non-title match with a 60 minute time limit is up next. Black won in what was the match of the night thus far.

Cornette comes out to hype the main event, the Wolfs vs. the Bricks. He says the turnout was so great that as soon as ROH is able and available they will be returning to Kentucky. He puts over OVW, when it tapes and says interesting things are coming to OVW.

The Briscoes won in THE match of the night.

We begin with Randy Orton sitting on a chair in the middle of the ring. Randy tells everyone that his name is Randy Orton and he knows that a lot is going on in the WWE. There is no WWE Champion. Vince McMahon has lost his power. Triple H has taken over. The one thing that is not going anywhere is this show until Orton deals with some unfinished business with Christian.

We see photos from Sunday night showing Christian spitting in Orton’s face and Orton’s low kick that cost him the title followed by a photo of one of the RKOs on the announce table.

Christian comes out and he proudly holds the World Heavyweight Title belt. Christian apologizes because he wasn’t sure about the unfinished business.

Orton says that as long as Christian is breathing, it means that there is unfinished business.

Christian says that Orton is being really professional and then he suggests that Orton’s unfinished business is with himself. Then Christian asks Orton about the voices in his head. He says that maybe Orton’s inability to control his anger is the reason why Orton doesn’t have the title.

Orton blames Christian for standing behind his team of lawyers while hiding from Orton.

Christian wonders why Orton has to attack Christian for using his superior intellect and assets. Each of them knew the rules of the match and Orton decided to break the rules.

Orton reminds Christian that he spit in his face.

Christian says that he did not mean to do that but it was the heat of the match. Christian says that he never should have lost the title in the first place so he suggests that they call it justice. Christian talks about how he had to deal with the incompetence of Teddy Long, the referees, and unseen forces that protect Orton. Despite all that, he is back on top and he is a two time World Heavyweight Champion. He tells Orton that he could come out and throw himself a big celebration but he does not want to. Christian says that he is not going to talk to these losers. They are the same people who turned their back to him and supported Orton.

Orton interrupts and says that these are the same people who are going to see him beat Christian because he wants his rematch tonight.

Christian tells Orton that he won’t get his rematch tonight because they don’t just grow on trees. He tells Orton that nobody likes a whiner. He tells Orton to get to the back of the line and then Christian says that he is going to talk to his lawyers.

Orton tells Christian that he doesn’t have to talk to his lawyers because they are going to settle it now.

Orton makes his way up the ramp but Teddy Long’s music plays and referees stop Orton.

Teddy says that he is not going to lose control of the situation before the show starts. He tells Orton that he will get his rematch, but he already signed for a match with Kane tonight. He wants Orton to walk away as the bigger man. Orton looks for the inner viper while Teddy talks to him and Orton walks towards the back, but he makes a bee line for Christian and he takes him down. Orton and Christian are separated by security and Christian yells at Teddy.

Teddy tells Christian to stop yelling at him. He tells Christian to go to the ring because if Orton can face Kane in a street fight tonight, Christian can face the Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson.

Cole says that Bryan will never deserve to be World Champion.

Bryan focuses on the word deserve. He says that Cole did not deserve to be in one of the marquee matches at Wrestlemania. The only thing that Cole deserved was to be booed out of the building by 70,000 people. Bryan says that nobody deserves anything. They have to earn it and that is what he has done for twelve years around the world. He has a suffered a detached retina and can barely see out of his left eye. He has been kicked in the head so many times he cannot hear out of his left ear. He mentions that his mother begged him to quit because of the injuries he has suffered. On Sunday, he scratched, crawled, and climbed over seven other men to get the briefcase. He says that no matter how many times Michael Cole calls him a nerd, he earned it. Bryan says that if he is going to be World Champion, he does not want it to be a fluke. The winner of the briefcase can cash it in at any time and any place.
