On Smckdown Live tonight, 24th Jan, 2017, Mojo Rawley was entered into the Rumble after winning a Battle Royal on SDLive.

On Smckdown Live tonight, 24th Jan, 2017, it was announced a six woman tag match will be at the Royal Rumble: Naomi, Nikki Bella, and Becky Lynch will face Mickie James, Natalya, and Alexa Bliss.

With Rollins appearing on WWE NXT Takeover last night and calling Triple H out, it is possible their could be repercussions on the Rumble tonight. I wonder if Triple H will now enter the Rumble? Or will he wait until RAW to say something.

I really hope Finn Balor returns at the Rumble, he has a good chance of winning to have a match at Mania to go for his title that he never lost.

Ric Flair is in town for the Royal Rumble.

The entire NXT roster, including the Performance Center trainees, are also in town.

Mauro Ranallo noted on Twitter he would be calling the Smackdown matches as well as the Cruiserweight championship bout on tonight's PPV.

WWE is selling a special Royal Rumble shirt at the Alamodome with the back of the shirt listing all of the previous 30 Rumble event dates and cities.

In case you did not know, many larger WWE Suuperstars were driven in a golf cart on their way to the ring at the Rumble. With the entrance ramp insanely long, WWE pulled the cameras away from the Superstars as they were driven to the ring part of the way and returned as they got to the ring.

I hate to say that but Taker looked banged up with his hip..none of his moves on the others looked like they did whatever they can to make the script coming to live. Taker wasn't near his 'older version best'

He is getting old, although in saying that, he is still a huge draw but I am sure his Manias are numbered sadly. They should have him pushing the next dark force like Bray Wyatt, maybe at next years Mania if this is not his last one.
