Episode #54 - Live from The Grand Ballroom/New York


Show opens with a short recap from Supersplash, where we see Mickie becoming the #1 Contender to Bayley's EAM Center of Attention Championship + more. We then cut to the Spotlight vignette.

As we get to the arena, music cranks the speakers and Melina walks out on the stage. She makes her way down the ramp and into the ring in her vintage way. She then cut's a promo, talking about how she appearently didn't to a very good job last time she tried to get rid of Aleah, as she's back. But she wont make any mistakes this time. She then calls Aleah out, making ready for the upcoming matchup.

- After the match, Aleah cut's a promo, putting down and calling out Mickie, but without any response...


We get a Promo from Bianca and Sasha next, as they are talking about the new team of Piper and Jax, who's supposedly have earned the rights to a title match without any other effort than forming a team. But it doesn't matter, they will suffer the same fate as everyone else. They also talk about their new tag team name (Tha Braid 'N Tha Boss)

Before our next matchup, we get a promo from 3-Belt Bayley, who says she's impressed that a granny like Mickie actually managed to make it to the end. But it wont matter. Whoever would have won that match, the result at Swimming With Sharks would and will be the same, and that's a spoiler! Because Bayley has just started on her belt collection....

We go backstage where we hook up with Ronda and Mickie discussing the fact that Mickie was the reason Ronda was eliminated in that Battle Royal. Mickie says that if it would have been down to just her and Mickie, she would have done the same thing then. She just saved time (trying to joke and laugh it away), but Ronda is not so pleased.
