Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC
After calling his shot and capturing the TNA World Championship in controversial fashion, Frankie Kazarian faces the ultimate test as Mike Santana receives his rematch on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC, with the winner set to defend the championship just two nights later at Genesis.
We are live! Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt greet audiences at home as AJ Styles makes his way to the ring.
Styles welcomes fans to the house that he built, then says TNA is bigger than ever on AMC. He tells the live crowd to keep their energy up, then says the fans are the TNA nation and leads them in a TNA chant.
Elijah comes out with guitar and asks who wants to walk with Elijah. He and The Hardys then make their way to the ring. Order 4 follows.
Order 4 (w/ Tasha Steelz and Special Agent 0) vs. The Hardys and Elijah
The bell rings and all six men waste no time brawling with one another. Elijah stands on top of Jason Hotch and John Skyler's spine to deliver a superplex to Mustafa Ali off the top rope. Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy clothesline Order 4 out of the ring.
Back from the break, Ali tags in and knocks The Hardys off the apron with Hotch. Elijah catches Hotch with a boot, then sends Ali crashing into the middle turnbuckle face first. Steelz hops up on the apron and into the ring, but Jeff sends Ali crashing into her. Matt then delivers a Twist of Fate to Ali and Steelz, and Jeff flies off the top rope to take out Ali.
Elijah delivers a kick to Skyler's chest and rocks Hotch with a knee. Matt catches Hotch with a Twist of Fate, and Jeff follows it up with a Swanton Bomb to Hotch for the win.
Winners: The Hardys and Elijah
After the match, Special Agent 0 levels Elijah and runs over The Hardys with a double clothesline. Vincent and Dutch run down to the ring, forcing Special Agent 0 to back down. Vincent and Dutch check on Matt and Jeff...but Dutch lands a Sidewalk Slam on Jeff and Vincent clocks him with a right hand. He grabs a chain attached to the ring post and a lock, then locks Jeff's earlobe to the chain.
Dutch dumps on Matt, and Vincent flies off the top rope to deliver a Swanton Bomb to Matt. Vincent grabs a microphone and says this will hurt him more than The Hardys before stating that The Righteous will dethrone The Hardys as TNA World Tag Team Champions.
We then head backstage and see Frankie Kazarian get into a brief verbal altercation with AJ Styles, with Styles making it clear to Kazarian that he has his eye on the TNA World Championship.
We see several professional wrestling social media influencers, athletes, AMC stars, and both past and present TNA wrestlers present in the crowd for tonight's show as a select few speak with Gia Miller. Ryan Nemeth grabs the microphone, angered that Miller didn't speak with him. Ryan gets in two of the AMC stars faces, with them sending Ryan crashing into the barricade groin first and slapping him.
Santino Marella makes his way to the ring.
Marella says tonight is a special night, then says it doesn't get bigger than "Thursday Night iMPACT" on AMC. He says a lot of new eyes will be on the product, but he knows the talent can handle the pressure and it will turn into something incredible.
Marella admits to being distracted, hurt, angry, and confused as of late after his daughter Arianna Grace betrayed him to align with Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo a number of weeks ago. He says he has to make the best decisions for the audience, then says he cannot afford to make a mistake and says the TNA board has decided he could use some assistance. He says he was hesitant to get assistance at first, but was happy when he found out who they had chosen to assist him.
Daria Rae (formerly Sonya Deville) makes her way to the ring. Marella welcomes Rae to TNA Wrestling, and Rae thanks Marella and the fans. She congratulates TNA Wrestling on their big night, then says she's watched from afar over the years. She says Marella is a pillar in TNA Wrestling building up the foundation week in and out while still keeping smiles on the fans faces and hypes up TNA's AMC debut. She says the irony is that one thing TNA Wrestling doesn't need is Marella because the company needs structure rather than Marella's jokes.
Rae says Marella's daughter doesn't even respect him, then says she's ran locker rooms before and understands television. She says she can do Marella's job better than him, then says she's not in TNA Wrestling to be popular and demands the fans quiet down while she's speaking. She says her first official order of business was signing a new Knockout to TNA: Elyana Black. Black briefly appears on the entrance ramp.
We then head backstage, where AJ Styles hypes up Mike Santana and tells him to win the TNA World Championship.
The Personal Concierge introduces The Elegance Brand and Perez Hilton. Hilton thanks the fans and says the crowd brought their D Game tonight before The Personal Concierge introduces a brand new Mr. Elegance. The IInspiration interrupts The Elegance Brand and makes their way out.
TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match: The IInspiration (c) vs. M By Elegance and Heather By Elegance (w/ The Elegance Brand and Perez Hilton)
Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee blindside Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance from behind.
Back from the break, we see NXT stars Sol Ruca and Zaria watching backstage as M looks to land a moonsault on Lee. Lee gets her feet up, then tags in McKay. McKay runs over M with a clothesline, then stacks her on top of Heather in the corner and lands a splash on both of them before she delivers a meteora to Heather in the corner. Heather levels McKay with a kick to her head, then tags M back in. Heather ascends to the top rope, but Lee pushes her off and tags Lee back in.
Lee and McKay send M crashing into the mat spine first and Lee pins him, but Mr. Elegance distracts the referee and he misses the fall. Lee and McKay slap Mr. Elegance, and Lee delivers a Scorpion Kick to M from the apron. Lee and McKay then takes out The Personal Concierge and get up M, but Mr. Elegance delivers a chop block to Lee while Heather distracts the referee. M takes advantage and rolls up Lee for the win.

Stacks is backstage with Arianna Grace, and Stacks says for weeks, Santino was trying to figure out who let NXT people in the door. Arianna says the answer was next to him the whole time. Stacks says Santino is making a lot of bad decisions. Arianna says Stacks is going to handle whatever Santino throws his way, and he is going to do it for his little girl.
Time for the TNA Injury Report presented by Bioflex, and Harley Hudson is out, Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee are medically cleared to compete after an attack by Dani Luna, Steve Maclin is out of action after an attack by Stacks and is expected to return to in-ring action next week, Santana is cleared from his right arm injury.
Indi Hartwell is backstage and says ever since her dog collar match, she has been in limbo. She talks about her dream and The Elegance Brand walk up to them and M says some people dream and some make it happen. The Personal Concierge says hell send her back to Australia. Ash says they got to party and Indi says she will talk to Santino.
Santino Marella introduces Lee, and she makes her way to the ring alongside Xia Brookside. Marella informs Lee that Dani Luna hasn't been medically cleared to challenge Lee for the TNA Knockouts Championship at TNA Genesis this Saturday, but Lee has agreed to an open challenge.
Sol Ruca and Zaria's music hits, and they make her way out. Ruca says herself and Zaria initially had their eye on the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, but she heard about Lee's challenge and says she thought she would bring back some gold to NXT. Ruca says herself and Zaria have a warrior of their own, then offers the chance for Zaria to challenge Lee for the TNA Knockouts Championship instead of her.
Zaria signs the contract for the Genesis title match on Marella's back, then stares down Lee as Lee holds up her title belt. Lee extends her hand to Zaria, and Zaria shakes it.
We get a video package on the history of the TNA World Champions.
We see Mike Santana and Frankie Kazarian walking backstage.
Santino Marella approaches Cedric Alexander and tells him that due to a visa crisis, Leon Slater will not be able to appear at Genesis, so they will have a 3-way between him, Moose and Joe Hendry.
The System make their way to the entrance ramp stage.
Alisha Edwards asks Dallas, Texas if they want to know something and says TNA is on AMC. Eddie Edwards says being at ringside in the present means something special for The System, then says as things change in TNA, there's one more change and that's JDC's final ever match.
JDC says he's thankful to finish his career in TNA Wrestling, then says he will have his final match at Genesis this Saturday against his good friend Eddie. He says The System isn't weakening, but rather evolving and vows to announce his replacement in The System last week. JDC then tells Eddie to pull the trigger or he will.
TNA President Carlos Silva makes his way out and introduces Dixie Carter. Carter makes her way out to the ring and says a few words, but Bully Ray's music hits and he saunters out to ringside. Ray hugs Carter and makes his way down to the ring to join the commentary desk.
Mike Santana makes his way to the ring. Frankie Kazarian follows.
TNA World Championship Match: Frankie Kazarian (c) vs. Mike Santana
The bell rings and the two lock up. Santana delivers an uppercut to Kazarian in the corner, then follows it up with a hurricanrana to him and flies off the ropes to level Kazarian on the outside. Kazarian whips Santana into the barricade midsection first, but Santana looks to fly off the ring steps. Kazarian sees him coming and intercepts Santana with a belly-to-belly suplex.
Back from the break, Kazarian delivers a backstabber to Santana and fires off right hands on him. Santana charges at Kazarian in the corner, but Kazarian gets his boot up. Santana responds with a Stunner to Kazarian and pins him, but Kazarian kicks out.
Santana sits Kazarian on the top rope, but Kazarian rakes Santana's eyes. Santana joins Kazarian back on the ropes and catches him with a Spanish Fly, then follows it up with a Canadian Destroyer and goes for a pin. Kazarian kicks out and delivers a cutter to Santana over the top rope and from the apron, then grabs the TNA World Championship.
The referee disposes of the TNA World Championship belt, but Santana looks to land Spin The Block on Kazarian. Kazarian escapes and looks to deliver Fade To Black to Santana, but Kazarian looks to land a kick on Santana and accidentally hits the referee.
Santana gets Kazarian up on his shoulders, but Kazarian escapes by raking Santana's eyes. Santana delivers Spin The Block to Kazarian and pins him, but the referee is still down and misses the count.
Kazarian grabs his TNA World Championship belt and hits Santana with it, then connects with a Fade To Black on Santana on the ring apron. Kazarian then pins Santana, but Santana manages to kick out. Kazarian hits a Canadian Destroyer on Santana, but Santana responds with Spin The Block to him. Santana sets up for the move once again, but Kazarian avoids it and looks to land Spin The Block himself. Santana avoids it and hits Kazarian with Spin The Block for the win.
