We get a recap of what happened last week, and we get to see what happened in the EAM Tag Team Championships matchup. Then Orton appears, and declares that with so much chaos going in in the tag team division, desperate measures have to be taken to get to some conclusions. That's why, after last weeks escapades, he has decided that The EAM Tag Team Championships will be defended at the upcoming PPV from Estonia, and since it seems everyone is so found of ladders, Orton has decided that the match should be a Ladder War! We then get the graphics on the screen, making it official. Lucha Bros will be defending their titles at the upcoming " Tangle in Tallinn " PPV, against reDragon, Young Bucks and Hardy Boyz, in a Ladder War. We then cut to the Jamboree vignette....

Show opens in the arena, where EAM Intercontinental Champion; Orange Cassidy is already in the ring. The title draped over his shoulder, sunglasses as usual, and microphone in his hand. Nigel and Bryan on commentary comments on this, as Cassidy barely speaks ever. This gotta be special, no doubt.

    Cassidy:
    Is this on?

    Tap, tap tap....

    Cassidy:
Ok.... So, I'm The EAM Intercontinental Champion....

This gets a small pop from the crowd.

    Cassidy:
    That’s… pretty cool. Right?!

    He shrugs....

    Cassidy:
So...I was told to go out here and cut a promo....
They told me I should go out here and say something meaningful.
    Something about legacy.
    Something about work ethics.
Something about defending this title against " the very best in the business " or whatnot...
Something about what it means to be a champion....
But I don't really care about those things....
I don't really care about most things....

Because every time someone talks about “competition,” it’s the same thing.
    “I’m the best.”
    “They’re the best.”
“This is the toughest roster ever.”

    He shrugs.

    Cassidy:
It’s wrestling. Everyone thinks they’re good.

    He leans on the ropes.

    Cassidy:
If you want competition… you show up. You wrestle. You find out. Simple.

Another pause as he looks down at the championship.

    Cassidy:
They also told me to talk about legacy. Which is weird. Because I don’t really think about that stuff. But… if you’re gonna talk about this title — about history — you kinda have to talk about the people who built this place.

He adjusts the belt on his shoulder.

    Cassidy:
    Like Colt Cabana.

    Crowd pops warmly.

    Cassidy:
Who can forget his match against Samoa Joe at Grandslam 5 huh?

    Crowd pops again.

    Cassidy:
He’s not out here anymore. He’s not asking for a match. He’s not chasing this. He’s backstage. Making sure this place runs. Making sure guys like me don’t mess it up too bad.

    Small smirk...

    Cassidy:
Colt wrestled everywhere. Fought everyone. Made people laugh. Made people better. And he didn’t need to scream about it every week.

    Pause...

    Cassidy:
That’s history. Not the loudest guy. Not the flashiest guy. Just… always there. Especially for the fans. Always Reliable...

He leans back into the corner.

    Cassidy:
So if I’m supposed to talk about competition… Maybe that’s it. Maybe it’s not about who yells the most. Maybe it’s about who’s still standing here years from now…
    Still defending this…
Still making this place better than they found it.

    He shrugs....

    Cassidy:
    I don’t know, really...

He slides his sunglasses down slightly.

    Cassidy:
I guess if I’m gonna be champion… I should probably do that too huh?

A long pause then... He looks at the camera.

    Cassidy:
    That’s it I guess. That's your promo.

Cassidy is about to leave the ring then, when he turns around, almost like inspector Colombo, when he remembered something important.

    Cassidy:
Just one thing... If said mentioned hall of famer would like to dust off his old boots and lace them back up again one last time. I would even put this title up for grabs!

This gets a big pop from the crowd as Cassidy drops the mic and leaves the ring....

    Singles Matchup
    Seth Rollins Vs John Morrison

As we get back from commercial break, we cut to the backstage area. We find ourselves in a dimly lit hallway. The lights flicker faintly overhead. The arena noise is distant and muffled. It's almost too quiet.

Prince Devitt steps into frame, dressed in black, towel around his neck, smirk firmly in place.

    He spots someone off-camera.

    Devitt (amused):
    Ah. There he is.

Camera pans to Danhausen, standing stiffly against a production crate. Face paint slightly smeared. Not comedic. Not animated.

    Devitt:
You know… I almost miss the nagging.
    “Bring out The Demon, Devitt!”
“Give the people what they want, Devitt!”

    (Mocking tone.)
And then you got it. And then you lost.

    Devitt steps closer to Danhausen.

    Devitt (lower):
And now look at you. No curses. No jokes. No teeth in jars. Just quiet.... That’s what happens when you poke at demons you don’t understand.

(Danhausen slowly raises his head. His voice is calm. Too calm.)

    Danhausen:
Oh, Prince Devitt… Danhausen understands demons very well. Very… very well.

A faint metallic CLANG echoes somewhere down the hallway. Devitt pauses. Just for a second. Looking around...

    Devitt (dismissive):
    Cute.

Another CLANG. Louder. Like something heavy striking metal....The lights flickers above...

Devitt looks over his shoulder. From the darkness at the end of the corridor comes a faint red glow. Not bright. Subtle. Breathing.

Then, Heavy footsteps. Slow and measured....

Devitt turns fully now. Danhausen doesn’t look scared anymore. Only satisfied. Out of the shadows steps.... Kane!

Not charging. Not yelling. Just standing there. Massive. Silent. Eyes locked on Devitt. The red light hums softly against the concrete walls. Devitt straightens up, jaw tightening....He swallows....

    Devitt:
    You’ve got to be joking.

    Danhausen (quietly, almost reverent):
Danhausen asked for a demon. And a demon answered....

Kane steps forward. The floor almost seems to shake with each step he takes. He stops inches from Devitt. The size difference is undeniable. Kane tilts his head slightly. When he speaks, it’s low. Controlled. Almost a growl.

    Kane:
Stay away from him. You hear me?

    Utter silence....

    Kane:
If not, " The Devil’s favorite demon " will show you what real hell looks like....

Kane then lifts Devitt up by his throat, looking into his eyes. Into his soul....

Silence again. Just a faint hum... Devitt stares back, refusing to show he is utterly terrified. Danhausen slowly backs out of frame, never taking his eyes off Devitt. Kane doesn’t blink. The camera lingers on the tense standoff. Lights flicker once more. We cut back to the arena then for our next match....

    Singles Matchup
    Kenny Omega Vs Hook

Omega gets confronted by some of his fellow Bullet Club members, Adam Cole and Marty Scurll backstage, who wonders what's been eating Omega as of late, as it seems he's not himself. Omega says he's been wondering the same thing as of late, maybe he just need to take it a bit easier for a while, relaxing a little maybe? Cm Punk suddenly walks by then, gloating and mocking Omega, saying that maybe he will take over as leader of The Bullet Club, after taking care og AJ Styles. He laughs as he walks away, leaving a furious Omega pulling his hair....
