I would agree with those but it's missing someone imo. I think the Raiders aren't going anywhere until they get rid of Norv Turner. Turner is not a good headcoach and I don't think he was that good of a coordinator. He had alot of talent in Miami and didn't seem to get out of them what a coordinator should. If theres any Raider fans I'd love to hear your opinion of Turner. I'm just curious what you would want.
