One of the worst rumbles ever... Lashley/Test ended in a count out! Cena had his ass kicked for 90% of the damn match, bled for most of it and still won! I mean come on, both of those results were so horrible that I was laughing at the end of each match.

And the Rumble Match itself, good but booked horribly. You have the crowd revved up for HBK, loving HBK, and dying to see the Showstopper be himself again, and then the Taker wins. The crowd just died when that happened. I like Taker, but this was merely "O, you haven't won the rumble yet so you win." and "no 30th entrant has ever won, so you are number 30." Maybe if Taker actually had to fight through people it could have worked, but as it was, it was MEH.

The only good things to come out of this event is that we saw Nitro and Matt carry a match (main event pushes would be coming if McMahon was intelligent, but he isn't so...) and Kennedy is starting to win the crowd. They chanted his name near the end of the match, not Batista's.

Whatever happened to the Royal Rumbles like 94 and 95? Unpredictable and tense throughout the event? Actually the same could be said for WWE in general right now.
