that's easy: randy savage. he's easily the most deserving guy not yet in the hof which, by the way, makes the hof a total joke that idiots like pete rose and william perry are in and not savage.

Ric Flair, Undertaker, HBK, and HHH are all going to be in the HOF, but they are all full time wrestlers (barring HHH's injury) and will have to wait until they "retire" for at least a brief time. Piper and Hogan were put in at times when they were inactive and essentially retired.
There are quite a few wrestlers that deserve a spot. Savage is certainly one of them, but much like the Ultimate Warrior (another deserving candidate) he will not get in because of some animosity between himself and McMahon. It is a pity because Savage was the first higher risk (top rope moves) small guy to break through the stereotype of the big champion. And the Ultimate Warrior had such an impact on how the business is today that the WWE and wrestling should acknowledge his influence.

are stone cold and the rock considered retired? if so id choose them
also i hate that they put damn celebs in it... whos looking forward to k-fed being inducted in a couple of years time -sigh-
