The cocktail mixture of alcohol and steroids supposedly cause psychological episodes within a person depending on length of use and amount used. What im thinking might have happened is that he used and had a drink, killed his family during one such episode and, upon realizing what he had done, killed himself. This just sucks no matter how you slice it.
From my POV, i choose to remember the Chris Benoit that entertained me and caused me to really get into wrestling and not the unfortunate circumstances surrounding his death. I hope that his family and all those affected by this tragedy can find peace in some way
