    Jericho has held that belt one too many times. As a matter of fact all of his title reigns aren't that memorable, similar to RVD's numerous IC title wins. The guy is above that belt.

    If anybody should have been in contention for the IC belt it should have been Kenny Dykstra. Oh well.
