if WWE let them but IF Jericho Doesnt return to WWE then i Would think that they should push someone who is overdue a push like Shelton Benjamin and have a Jeff Hardy vs Shelton Benjamin.

And what about The World Greatest Tag Team, and Charlie Haas? Where does he go.

Jericho has held that belt one too many times. As a matter of fact all of his title reigns aren't that memorable, similar to RVD's numerous IC title wins. The guy is above that belt.

If anybody should have been in contention for the IC belt it should have been Kenny Dykstra. Oh well.
