Some people have committed themselves to thinking that the promos are in fact for Jericho. It has also been observed that for some reason, WWE has been confiscating Jericho signs at all TV events lately. This only furthers speculation. For the people using those things as fuel for their speculation, or as proof that Jericho is in fact returning soon, it makes perfect sense for them to blame WWE/Jericho that he hasn't returned yet.
