Gok Wan speaks about bullying ordeal

Television presenter Gok Wan has revealed that he was bullied when he was at school.

According to The Sun, the stylist said: "To be 21 stone you need to eat a certain amount of food."

"I lived in catering establishments with my family and we had full access to food. I'm still very passionate about food - for me it equals happiness and love."
"I had a terrible time at school. I was bullied quite a lot, I was fat and looked different and I didn't fit in."

"My memories are all to do with food. Being on the estate and being fat and Chinese and gay and effeminate was hard, it was a tough place to grow up."
