I think they wanted the blowhards to fued on Raw, still seems bs that they wouldnt include him at all in the show.

Sheamus was originally scheduled to face John Cena on Raw with the winner facing Batista at WrestleMania, but he suffered a concussion during the Elimination Chamber Match and was not medically cleared to perform on Raw.

my guess is they will do angle on raw this week with sheamus complaining about this for sure he will go on and on with triple h coming out and setting up their match at mania
