The Tennessee Athletic Commission have decided to issue suspensions and fine recommendations to the five men involved in the Strikeforce: Nashville brawl last month, although the names of the five men were not named.



According to Sherdog.com the nine member commission voted to hand out $20,000 fines and nine month suspensions to the fighters involved, although that could be reduced to as little as $5,000 fines and three month suspensions if the men accept the ruling.



The men involved are likely to be Strikeforce Middleweight champion, Jake Shields, Jason “Mayhem” Miller, Strikeforce Lightweight champion, Gilbert Melendez, Strikeforce Welterweight champion, Nick Diaz and UFC fighter and “Ultimate Fighter” winner, Nate Diaz.
