LMAO, SpikeTV obviously knows that a "Gangland" marathon will draw more ratings than a new episode of iMPACT! This isn't bad, it's good for the viewers, gives us a break from TNA.

As we reported on yesterday, Spike TV made the call to not air TNA Impact last night feeling the show was going to get completely hammered by the NFL opener on NBC between the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints. It turns out that prediction by Spike was true as last night's game drew a huge 17.7 cable rating and 28 share based on the overnights and was the highest rated opening game of the season in NFL history.
