No offense to him but that's even more of a reason why. For one he's a MOD, for two he's probably the worse case offender of this, even back before the rules were implemented.

Ah. Well, honestly since the rule has been made, the forum as a whole has been really good at following. Duke is really the only person I've seen that has continued with the "Thank You" posts since.
