    The Rock's back temporarily, and so is Steve Austin. They were THE top dudes in WWE in their heyday. Upon their recent returns which one got the bigger pop?

    The Rock, definitely. While both are big fan favorites, he's been gone a lot longer than Austin and Stone Cold's always coming back now and again, Rock hasn't really been back since he left. Plus, The Rock was unexpected, at least to a degree, whereas everyone knew Stone Cold would be there, even if it as far as when he came out was unexpected.

    I'm still waiting for a showdown between those two though. Now THAT will get a pop.

    rock cause I genuinely didn't expect it. I thought there was no way we would ever see him back in wwe whilst austin returns are every year.

    Rock no question.

    Mainly because there weren't even credible rumours they just seemed like faint hopes it would be him but most thought it wouldn't.


    We all knew Austin was coming back and as Swinny said he does come back on a semi regular basis too.
