Totally agree. But I say that some of it stems from the fact that they have no names that are big enough to make it go either way. Say you see Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena. You know that either Cena wins or Ziggler will win via someone cheating, but most likely Cena will win.

Or maybe Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton, you know that it's going to Orton. If most of their talent were built up so that it wouldn't look "bad" to lose to the other name, then maybe it wouldn't be so predictable.
