Who thinks Randy Orton deserves the WWE Championship?

Orton doesn't possess a single quality that makes him world championship material. He isn't a good wrestler or good on the mic (king of repeating his lines and chinlocks) and he doesn't put asses in the seats. If the choice is between Cena and Orton than Cena should retain every time.

Orton is easily WWE's best heel. People pay to see heels get their ass beat so what better draw than your best heel with the belt? Repeating his lines? Okay, who doesn't do that? Chinlocks? The guy works a ground game and is a minimalist heel which he does on purpose. Orton is being lazy when he is doing that.

There hasn't been just one wrestler that puts asses in seats. It's pretty much been a group effort for awhile.

No knock on Cena, but I think Randy Orton deserves WWE Title Reign #2. With HHH back, and HBK pending Fall comeback, WWE needs to take advanctage of all options avaialbe to recapture Fan Interest.
