Jeff won't win. It's just too obvious as they're building to WM. They don't want Jeff headlining it for some reason. Whoever wins the Rumble will be a Raw superstar and will face Orton, as I predict that Taker and Edge will have a go for the title. The only question is who will Randy face? It could be anyone, but if the rumors are true, it'll be HHH. Somehow he gets back into the Rumble and earns his shot.

Just going off rumours here, but HHH vs Orton, Edge vs Undertaker, CM Punk vs Shelton Benjamin, Mick Foley vs Vince. have all been pencilled in for WM24.
I'm guessing HHH wins rumble, Vince eliminates Foley for helping Hornswoggle, Taker wins Elimination Chamber at NWO, and Benjamin starts facing Punk once Chavo loses again.
As for the Rumble match. This year's line up looks weak. Only Michaels, Batista, Undertaker, Benjamin, Kane have a decent chance of being given the win, although I'm hoping they don't follow through with the UT/Big Flabby V match at mania.

I have a feeling that CM Punk will be losing the ECW championship this tuesday on ECW, enter the Rumble and win it, and then move on to face Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship. ECW and Smackdown with Edge and CM Punk interacting like they did just makes me think they are following up on it, and with the title match being put on ECW instead of the Rumble, with Edge in Chavo's corner...if Punk loses the belt, I think he's gonna win the rumble.
