Definitely didn't see that coming. Great to see Jericho as champ again, really awesome. Sounded like a good show overall. Would have liked to seen it, but oh well.
Also, anyone know what happened to Punk? Was it all a work, or did he actually get injured, or something somehow?
EDIT - Never mind, I just read what happened. Guess it was a work.

Yea it was def a work...looks like an Orton/Punk fued...and now HBK/Y2J will be for the World title...Taker/Show will fued....I can see a poss Jeff/HHH "fued" and you know Henry wants his rematch with Matt.

This is depressing. Two horrible events today. First, my favorite sports person, Tom Brady, goes down for the year, causing my team's season to be in serious jeopardy. Then, CM Punk loses the World Heavyweight Championship. Not fair.

Yeah, I wanted Punk to have a longer run too, but I definitely can't say I'm unhappy with Jericho winning it, definitely not. It could have been much worse. I'm really glad to see Jericho with a World Title again.

I can take comfort in two things.
1. JBL didn't win it.
2. Punk should still be in a main event fued with Orton. Quite possibly this will become the angle that carries raw now that HBK vs Y2J looks to be over. Punk and Kofi can form a faction against the "new evolution" of Randy Orton, Ted Dibiase, Cody Rhodes, and Manu. The question is who else would be with Punk and Kofi?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

*sigh* I guess Summer of Punk II had to end sometime. I really think it's bs that he lost it in a match he wasn't even involved in. That's just not fair. I like Jericho, but still. Well, maybe this is a good thing.... idk. There is the possibility Punk's fued with Orton will build him up more so when he gets the title back he'll seem like more of a credible champion, but we'll have to wait and see. Also, I've been reading things on the internet saying Jericho/HBK "Stole the show", which is total bs cause the ECW and SD scrabbles were way better. THE Spanky stole the show in my opinion. I was REALLY hoping Spanky would win the title. HHH hasn't been doing crap on smackdown, and has gotten really stale.
