^^^yeah man. Me too. The WWE product would be MUCH better IMO if they didn't follow this pattern of pushing young superstars to the top, aka giving them the torch. It just brings out the unrealistic aspect of pro-wrestling.

I noted before that Nitro is a carbon copy of Edge. The chick. The hair. The attire. The trenchcoat. The sunglasses. Even their entrance lights patterns are the same. Johnny Nitro is much more comparable to Edge than to Shawn Michaels.

Something a dumbass would do is not understand past and present tense of verbs. I said "has". Your post I was responding to said

"has" means current posession, as in right now, as in on this date, not back in the 90's.

If you examine your initial comparison between Nitro and HBK, you'll see that Edge's name could have replaced HBK's in all instances:

Both Nitro and Shawn have played the charismatic ladies man to get to the top.

Nitro isn't even at the top. There is no telling what changes his character will go through if and when he ever gets there. Before even becoming an established mid-carder and winning the IC title, he dropped his tag partner and switched shows.

Secondly, Nitro doesn't have a ladies man gimmick. It is nowhere near what Shawn Michaels' "Heart Break Kid" gimmick was in the mid 90s. Nitro has been with one girl for this entire stint. Besides the very public displays of affection between him and Melina, (which further supports my notion that he is more comparable to Edge), when has he ever acted like a ladies man? Aside from the storylines, has no one else but me realized that he looks almost the same as Edge? I've mentioned the sunglasses, the trenchcoat, the hair, and even their entrances, but also consider their tights and boots, their skinny bodytypes, their in-ring movesets, their overall attitude of being better than everyone. You don't even have to look that closely to see that most of this stuff is identical. Now that I think about it, there storylines are similar too. Edge "quit" RAW, and Nitro "quit" Smackdown.

i think orton is a promising heel.also hardy is underused.but the flagship guy has to have a charisma that helps him win the crowds and i think carlito is good at that so i bobby lashley.
