I don't think I agree that the UFC can't create superstars. Long before Brock Lesnar came around, Chuck Liddell was the face of MMA during a time when the UFC exploded and began regularly whipping WWE's ass in PPV buy rates. Matter of fact, there isn't a single household name in pro wrestling these days either, no one who transcends the business. The WWE has tried to do so with Cena but he's far from being what Hogan was in the 80's. I would argue the WWE (i.e. pro wrestling) is having every bit the same problem trying to create superstars as the UFC.
