I don't think I agree that the UFC can't create superstars. Long before Brock Lesnar came around, Chuck Liddell was the face of MMA during a time when the UFC exploded and began regularly whipping WWE's ass in PPV buy rates. Matter of fact, there isn't a single household name in pro wrestling these days either, no one who transcends the business. The WWE has tried to do so with Cena but he's far from being what Hogan was in the 80's. I would argue the WWE (i.e. pro wrestling) is having every bit the same problem trying to create superstars as the UFC.

It's sports entertainment not sports dude

If Kenpachi used his Bankai, Armageddon, Ragnarok, and every other form of the apocalypse would march from the depths of hell with their demonic legions of death.... then take one look at him and turn tail and run.

So you'd consider Boxing a start but not MMA?

^ you are so misinformed. Boxing is a main part of MMA. every fight starts on the feet and I would say that a large majority of UFC fighters have their stand up background in boxing or some for of kickboxing. So for you to say that boxing is a sport and MMA isnt is the stupidest thing I have ever heard from you in my entire time being at this forum.

You say Mac has no valid points but in this entire argument you havent provided not one... one piece of fact or statistic that proves your point that MMA sucks. every point you have had that says MMA sucks we have given you a good logical PROVABLE FACT that proves how ignorant you are about this conversation

eh this is not about MMA sucking Christopher its about Wrestling > MMA

And I'll tell ya why MMA isn't a sport

    1. No sport has weekly TV shows
    2. NO SPORT HAS COMPANY SPECIFIC CONTRACTS
    2. Real Sports don't have heels and faces and before you go on rambling there's no heels or faces that Koscheck guy himself said he plays a heel so yeah

3 major reasons why its sports entertainment and not sports. And to say that boxing is a part of MMA so MMA is a sport that's just stupid
